Mossberg & Company Inc. Announces Acquisition of Foster Printing, a Digital and Offset Print Provider

South Bend, IN, May 17, 2017 – Mossberg & Company, a premium provider of technology-based print and marketing solutions, announces the acquisition of Foster Printing of Michigan City, IN.

 

Throughout Foster Printing’s 94 years in business they have maintained a solid reputation as a quality provider of publishers’ reprints, offset and digital printing services.

 

The strategic acquisition of Foster Printing’s business assets supports Mossberg & Company’s long-term plans for growth in new and existing print markets, with a focus on growing sheet-fed printing. Mossberg & Company will remain focused on providing reprints, offset and digital print services for Foster’s customers, and will introduce the Foster team to expanded capabilities like flexographic print, distribution and fulfillment services.

Mossberg & Company will produce the Foster products and services from their two facilities in South Bend, IN. Foster Printing, in Michigan City, IN, will cease their production operation in early June.
