Vendor Managed Inventory

We provide proactive management of customers’ inventory through receipt of supply and demand data directly from customers’ internal operating systems or via our inventory management system.  This allows us to provide materials on a dock-to-stock basis directly to your manufacturing lines and identify specific Economic Order Quantities (EOQ’s).  These allow for the establishment of reorder programs that minimize customers’ obsolete or excess materials, eliminating potential waste and saving money.
