Mossberg’s customer-specific account managers and customer service representatives are passionate about giving you what you want when you want it. Their primary focus is to communicate with key people at your facility and ours, ensuring that you receive the attention and support you deserve.
Mossberg’s account managers and CSRs understand your business and serve as your daily contact. They manage the details of your print, inventory, direct mail and fulfillment projects for you.
Your account team also includes support for all of our IT applications via an 800 number and a customer-specific support email address answered Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Additional hours and days of operation can be added as needed. Customer specific training and user manuals are provided as required.
